As of 3Q 2022, over 50% of downtown Boston’s condos sold for $1,000 per square foot or higher. This percentage is up from 42% of sales by the end of 2021.
The average sale price and percentage of sales over $1000 per square foot will likely achieve a significant new record next year when Winthrop Center and St. Regis Residences Boston both close in the same year.
